Eligibility Criteria for Hotel Management Courses 

The minimum qualification required to study Hotel Management courses in Class XII. The selection of an aspirant to government-approved Hotel management colleges and institutes is done through entrance tests at the national level. They need to sit for the National council  for Hotel Management Enterance Examination (NCHM JEE) in the month of April. 

The test comprises of multiple choice questions in English Reasoning Capability Genaral Science and General Knowledge. Candidates who successfully clears the Enterance Examination are called for personal interview and group discussion rounds in order to judge the personal aptitude and personality of the candidates.

Hotel Management Courses and Duration

The course duration of a degree course in Hotel management is three years.

Diploma courses take academic two years to complete.

The certificate courses in Hotel management can vary between six months and one year.
